We advise ordering at least 5 working days in advance to guarantee your order. When the date is fully booked it means we can't accept any more orders.
However, our next day orders cut off at midday. We might be able to accept same-day orders. Please email customer service to inquire. Orders must be placed by 10am. All same-day orders will be subject to a £5 surcharge.
If your order will be confirmed for the following day. please check our confirmation email before 10am and make payment as soon as possible.
Our customer service opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10am- 3pm. Please allow us 48 hours to respond. However We will endeavour to reply on the same day.
Our main payment method is Bank deposit. If you would like to pay by cash on collection or Paypal, please specify this in the order notes.

We will first send you a text message for the reminder once confirmation email is sent to you. If you have missed the deadline please do not make the payment and email customer service to check whether the order can still be prepared for this time.
