
Frequently Asked Questions
We advise ordering at least 5 working days in advance to guarantee your order. When the date is fully booked it means we can't accept any more orders.
Our customer service opening hours from Monday to Friday, 10am- 3pm. We will endeavour to reply on the same day, but please be patient as it's not always possible.
We accept Bank transfer, cash on collection (20% deposit for order over £50) and PayPal. Please let us know what is your prefer method when placing your order.
Next day orders cut off at 12pm Monday to Friday. Monday orders need to be in by Friday 12pm as customer service is closed on the weekend. Payment needs to be done by the time we provided on the confirmation email.
We will first send you a reminder, if you go ahead with the order please transfer your money at the second due date we provided. If your order is for next day, we won't be able to make it in time, therefore let us know via email if you'd like to move for the following day.
